Brian N. Burgess is USAV Impact, USAV Safe Sport and Score Keeper Certifide.  He brings unparalleled leadership and a passion for mentorship to his role as Head Coach for the Delta Force Ladies Volleyball Teams.  A native of Huntsville, Texas. Brian served 25 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his skills as a Team builder, mentor, and trainer in high-pressure environments.  His military career included roles such as K9 Handler, Chief Instructor, and Operations Chief, as well as leadership assignments in Pretoria, South Africa, Brussels, Belgium, and Guam.

Brian's experience leading teams in both peace and wartime earned him numerous accolades, including the Mertorious Service Medal. Combat Action Ribbon, and the prestigious Jim Kallstrom Award for Leadership. Now retired from the United States Marines Corps, he has transitioned his expertise in teamwork, discipline, and strategy into coaching young athletes.

As a coach, Brian is committed to helping players develop not only their volleyball skills but also their confidence, resilience, and ability to work together as a team.  His leadership style focuses on empowering athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the court.  Parents can trust that their daughters will grow under his mentorship, learning the values of hard work, sportsmanship, and accountability in a positive environment.
